Shallow Survey 2015 programme announced

9 July 2015

The Shallow Survey 2015 programme will provide three full days of highly informed and informative presentations promoting progress in seabed mapping in the coastal environment.

The tremendous response to the call for papers meant the Organising Committee had a wide choice to select from and the abstracts chosen are of the very highest quality and cover diverse aspects of the industry.

Many facets of the seabed mapping community are represented in the wide range of subjects to be discussed, with the themed sessions covering analysis of the Common Dataset and subjects such as backscatter, wreck surveys and system calibration. The programme will also cover wider issues such as policy, planning and collaboration, and ongoing development in the fields of satellite-derived bathymetry and marine autonomous systems. Speakers include well-respected technical experts and academics from industry and institutions across the world.

The programme and abstracts of all the papers selected can be downloaded from the conference website, where latest news and information regarding Delegate Registration, Exhibition and Sponsorship opportunities can also be found.
